Payroll information not reported to the ATO

This pay has been recorded, but we couldn't report this payroll information to the ATO.

You might get this message if:

  • You're not connected to the internet
  • MYOB has an unknown error

Although you don't need an online file, you do need to be connected to the internet

To send payroll reports, you need to be connected to the internet. If you are not connected to the internet, you can still process pay and send the report later (make sure you are still meeting your obligations with the ATO!).
