You can check the details of your MYOB Essentials subscription by clicking your business name then choosing Subscription details.
On this page you can:
- view your serial number (it's at the bottom of the window when you click your business name - as shown above)
- subscribe to MYOB Essentials
- view or change your subscription
- Update your subscription payment details.
Cancelling your subscription
If you need to cancel your subscription, there's a few things we need to turn off at our end. Give or support team a call and we'll be happy to help. In Australia call 1300 555 111, or from New Zealand call 0800 606 962.

How do I view my subscription invoices?
You need to be the Business Owner to be able to view subscription invoices.
Once you're logged in, go to the My Account menu and choose Invoices.
When is my next MYOB Essentials subscription payment due?
Unless you've arranged a different date with MYOB, your subscription payments are due on the 1st of the month.
How long do I have to extract my data after I cancel my MYOB Essentials subscription?
You will have 60 days from the effective date of termination to extract your data from MYOB Essentials, after which time you and other users will have no further access to MYOB Essentials or your data.
Before you go...
Before you cancel your subscription, save whatever MYOB Essentials data you need to retain by producing reports. The reports you'll need to run depend on the data you want to retain. If you're not sure what you should keep, check with an accounting advisor or ask the experts on the community forum. At a minimum you'll likely want the General ledger detail report as well as your Balance Sheet. You'll find all reports on the Reports menu.
You should also download copies of any documents you have in your In tray.
