  • Editing your bank and business details

You may need to edit your details if you’ve linked the wrong business bank account with online payments, or just want to update your details if you've recently changed banks or business address.

You’ll need to verify any new bank accounts you add. For more information on the verification process, see Set up online payments.

You can edit your bank and business details in the merchant portal - accessible from your MYOB software.

 

If you're using MYOB AccountRight
  1. Go to the Setup menu and choose Preferences.
  2. Click the Emailing tab.
  3. Click Edit payment options.
  4. Sign in to the merchant portal.
  5. Follow the prompts to update your information.
If you're using MYOB Essentials
  1. Click your business name in the top-right corner and choose Invoice and quote settings.

  2. Click the Payment options tab, then click Edit your online payment options.
  3. If prompted, sign in to the merchant portal.
  4. Follow the prompts to update your information.
