If you signed up for the portal, and it's the first time you're logging in, use the details provided on the email you received after signup was complete (you'll need to enter your temporary password that was emailed to you after signing up). The next time you log in, you'll need to enter the email address you used when signing up for MYOB's super portal and the password you create for the portal. You may be prompted to enter a security code that will be emailed to your registered email address.
If someone else signed up for the portal, but you've been invited to access it, enter the user ID and password you've been given. The first time you log in you'll be prompted to change your password.You may be prompted to enter a security code that will be emailed to your registered email address.
Invite others to use the super portal
If someone else looks after your business payroll, for example a payroll officer or a business advisor, you'll need to set them up in the super portal. See Add users.
When you access the super portal from your MYOB software, a check is done to verify you're entitled to access the super portal. This is a security precaution to protect your payroll information from unauthorised access.
This means you can't access the super portal directly.
