AccountRight Premier and Enterprise initially enable up to three people in your network to access the same company file simultaneously. Additional workstation licences can be purchased by contacting MYOB (In Australia call 1300 555 151, or in New Zealand call 0800 60 69 62). Once you have purchased the additional licence, you need to activate it so that the additional workstation will have access to the data.
The Company Information window shows the number of workstations that can currently can access the company file at the same time (Setup menu > Company Information).

Activating an additional workstation licence
Once you have purchased an additional workstation licence:
- Open AccountRight on any computer.
- Open your company file.
- Go to the Setup menu and choose Company Information.
Click License. You 'll be presented with a window similar to the one showed below, which will include your Serial Number and Company File Code.
Licence button not enabled?
The License button will only be enabled if your company file has been activated.
- Click Enable online. This is the fastest way to enable your new Workstation Licence. This will automatically enter your Confirmation Code.
- (Optional) Use the automated phone service if you're not connected to the internet. The MYOB team member will provide a Confirmation Code for you to enter.
- Click OK.
You will now have access to use your company file on the additional workstation. If your company uses more than one company file, you must use the same Serial Number for all your company files.
