When trying to open the AccountRight sample company file, the following error may appear:

We've provided updated sample company files below for Australia and New Zealand. If you're not sure which AccountRight version you have, start AccountRight and check the version displayed on the Welcome window.

 

To update your sample company file
  1. Close AccountRight.
  2. Right-click the applicable attachment below (based on your country and version) and choose to save the file to your Desktop.
  3. Right-click the downloaded file and choose Open With then choose Windows Explorer (or File Explorer). The contents of the ZIP file is displayed; a single file called Clearwtr.MYO.
  4. Right-click the file Clearwtr.MYO and choose Copy.
  5. Locate your AccountRight installation folder. The table below shows the default installation folder location. If you've installed AccountRight in a different location you'll need to go to that location instead.

  6. Right-click your AccountRight installation folder and choose Paste.

  7. If you receive a message asking if you want to overwrite the existing file, click Yes.

Your AccountRight sample company file (Clearwater) has been updated, ready for use.
