Known issue AccountRight 2019.2. We're aware that some clients using AccountRight 2019.2 can't see saved customised reports or saved changes aren't showing. This has been raised as a high priority issue with our product development teams to investigate and resolve ASAP.
Workaround: Restart AccountRight. If you still can't see your report or your changes, clear your AccountRight cache file. For more information, see this community forum post.
We apologise for the inconvenience this issue is causing and are working on providing a permanent solution at the earliest.
You can easily change the look and content of existing reports. For example, you can filter the type of information that appears, add additional columns and change the appearance.
If you want to retain a report’s modifications, you can save it as a custom report. Custom reports appear in the MyCustom Reports tab of the Index to Reports window.
