You’ll be able to send your clients interim student loan notices without using voluntary adjustments.

Use of Money Interest (UOMI) calculation for terminal tax notices
Phase 1 – Once a return has been assessed, you'll still be able to include the UOMI from Inland Revenue (IR), but you'll also be able to include an extra calculated amount. This amount will cover the interest from the date IR has calculated interest up to the terminal tax payment due date, or another date you select. You’ll also be able to override the UOMI amount, or choose not to include UOMI.

Phase 2 – You'll have more UOMI calculation methods that you may want to use if UOMI from IR isn't available because the return isn't yet assessed. You'll be able to automatically include the UOMI calculation from the tax return, or select from and to dates to calculate expected UOMI for returns.
