Anyone who is not a member of KiwiSaver can opt into the program by giving their employer a KiwiSaver deduction form (KS2).

Once they have opted in they cannot opt out. Only members who were enrolled automatically have the ability to opt out.

If an employee gives you this form, follow the instructions below and Ace Payroll will make KiwiSaver deductions automatically each pay cycle.


To process an employee opting in
  1. From the front screen, click Employee > Modify Employee Details, select an employee then click KiwiSaver.
    Or, from anywhere in Ace Payroll press the F3 key, then click KiwiSaver.

  2. Click Opt in Voluntarily.

  3. Click Opted In, then click GO.
