Change Payroll Clearing Subaccounts for Companies

Check all changes in a test environment before taking them live. Make sure all related features still work as expected and that your data is unaffected.

If you are a multi-company business and you have entities paying their own employees, you can have separate Payroll Clearing GL Accounts and Payroll Clearing Subaccounts for each entity.

To set them up for each Entity, go to the Branches screen, and for the branch that is paying their employee, go to the GL Accounts tab, and specify the Payroll Clearing GL Accounts and Payroll Clearing Subaccounts
