Creating a new tenant with a default template

Check all changes in a test environment before taking them live. Make sure all related features still work as expected and that your data is unaffected.

During implementation, if you require a new tenant to be created with some template data, just like when the site is newly provisioned, please create a support ticket through https://partnerportal.myobadvanced.com/ and request the new tenant to be created.

Please specify which data template you would like to have. There are two available templates: AU template and NZ template. Each template contains a set of sample GL Accounts, a default subaccount, AU Taxes or NZ Taxes, etc.
