If you need to change any Pay Super details after getting set up, here's how to do it:
|If you need to...||Do this...|
Change Pay Super payment limit
To change the maximum amount that can be debited from your nominated bank account over a month or a quarter, you need to be a Pay Super Administrator with a verified mobile number.
Self-service changes to the Pay Super limit are limited to increases of up to $15,000 within a 90 day period. If you need to increase the limit by more, or change the frequency (Month/Quarter) you’ll need to use the Pay Super Change of Details form. To enter details in the form, you'll need to download it. Once the form is received the limit will be changed within 3-5 business days.
Add and remove users, or edit roles
To change user details online, you need to be a Pay Super Administrator with a verified mobile number.
If a user has changed their name, email address or mobile number, they will need to update their contact details themselves using the my.MYOB website. You can't change these details for them.
Important: If an authoriser or Pay Super Administrator changes their mobile number they need to update their details using the my.MYOB website, and you will also need to notify the Pay Super team using the Pay Super Change of Details form so they can verify the mobile number. To enter details in the form, you'll need to download it.
change any of these details:
Download the Pay Super Change of Details form, complete it and return it to firstname.lastname@example.org to process.
Transfer Pay Super service to a different AccountRight company file
There's a few things we need to do at our end. To get the ball rolling, contact the MYOB support team.

Why can’t I edit the details online?
If you are a Pay Super Administrator and can’t see the Edit details button when you log into the Pay Super Settings page, it means you haven’t verified your mobile number. Look for an email from MYOB that asks you to verify your number. If you do not have the email, you’ll need to contact us.
I can’t receive SMS codes. How do I make changes online?
You won’t be able to make changes online if you can’t receive an SMS code. You’ll need to use the Pay Super Change of Details form instead.
How do I change the payment limit frequency?
The payment limit frequency can’t be changed online yet. If you need to change it, use the Pay Super Change of Details form instead.
