Visit the my.myob website (Australia | New Zealand) to see details of your MYOB AccountRight subscription and to edit your contact and payment details. Note that some account changes, such as updating your credit card details, require you to be the primary account contact for your MYOB subscription.

Change or view your subscription details

If you need to:Do this:
view subscription details
  1. Sign in to the my.myob website (Australia | New Zealand) using your MYOB account details. These are the details you use to open your online AccountRight company file.
  2. Select My Products from the My Products menu. A list of all your MYOB products appears.

     
  3. Expand the product you want to view and then expand the Support Status row. The details of your subscription entitlements appears.

 

change subscription payment details (credit cards)

If you're the primary account contact, you can change or update your credit card details.

  1. Sign in to the my.myob website (Australia | New Zealand) using your MYOB account details. These are the details you use to open your online AccountRight company file.
  2. Go to My Account > Payment Profiles page.

If you need to edit your subscription details (other than the card you use to pay for MYOB AccountRight) contact MYOB support.

  1. Sign in to the my.myob website (Australia | New Zealand) using your MYOB account details. These are the details you use to open your online AccountRight company file.
  2. Go to the My Account menu and choose Invoices.

You can also view, download, and pay your MYOB subscription invoices at https://myaccount.myob.com/account/billing/invoices

change business address details

If you're the primary account contact for your MYOB subscription, you can change or update your details.

  1. Sign in to the my.myob website (Australia | New Zealand) using your MYOB account details. These are the details you use to open your online AccountRight company file.
  2. Go to My Account > My Business Details page.

If you're the primary account contact but can't change your business address details online, contact MYOB support for help.

Note that you can't change your business name online. See below for more information.

MYOB requires written authorisation from the original owner or director of the company that purchased the software before we can change your business name.

You'll need to complete a Change of Details form, which is available by contacting us.
