MYOB subscription, invoices and payment details

Visit My Account to see details of your MYOB AccountRight subscription and to edit your contact and payment details. Note that some account changes, such as updating your subscription or credit card details, require you to be the primary account contact for your MYOB subscription. This is typically the person who set up your MYOB subscription.

If you're the primary account contact for your MYOB subscription, you can change or update the payment details for your MYOB subscription payments.

  1. Log into My Account (myaccount.myob.com) using your MYOB account details (email address and password).

  2. In My Account , click  View payment details .

  3. To change your payment method, click Edit.

  4. Choose the payment method you're changing.

  5. Enter the card or account details.

  6. (Direct debit only) Select the option to agree with the Terms of use.

  7. Click Save.

If you need help changing your payment details, log in to My Account ( myaccount.myob.com) and click Contact support to lodge a support request.

Change business address details

If you're the primary account contact for your MYOB subscription, you can change or update your address details. Changing these details won't change the business address in your AccountRight company file (to change this see Changing your business name and contact details).

  1. Log into My Account (myaccount.myob.com) using your MYOB account details (email address and password).

  2. In My Account, click Manage account > Account details.

  3. Click the Edit button.

  4. Make your changes.

  5. Click Save.

If you're the primary account contact but can't change your business address details online, contact MYOB support for help.

Note that you can't change your business name online. See below for more information.

MYOB requires written authorisation from the original owner or director of the company that purchased the software before we can change your business name.

To update your registered licence for MYOB, download and complete an MYOB change of details form: Australia | New Zealand

Email the form, along with any required documentation, to the email address at the bottom of the form.

Change contact details

If you're the primary account contact for your MYOB subscription, you can change or update your contact details (name and phone number) that MYOB has on file for you. Changing these details won't change the contact details in your AccountRight company file (to change this see Changing your business name and contact details).

  1. Log into My Account (myaccount.myob.com) using your MYOB account details (email address and password).

  2. On the Home tab in In My Account, click Update contact details.

  3. Click the Edit button.

  4. Make your changes.

  5. Click Save.

If you're the primary account contact but can't change your contact details online, contact MYOB support for help.

View or pay your MYOB bill

  1. Log into My Account (myaccount.myob.com) using your MYOB account details (email address and password).

  2. In My Account, click View my bills.

  3. You can now view, download, and pay your MYOB invoices.

  2. In My Account, click Manage my product.
