Accessing practice paragraphs

To define default paragraphs for all clients within the practice, the Paragraphs option must be accessed from within Practice Report Settings. Any changes made to the paragraphs from within Practice Report Settings will apply to all reports for all clients.

The Report Preview window can also be used to view and edit the practice Paragraphs. See Paragraphs in the Report Preview window.

How to access the practice paragraphs
  1. Select Maintenance > Maintenance Map (AO) > Client Accounting > Practice Report Settings.The Practice Report Settings page opens.
  2. Click Paragraphs on the Tasks bar. The Statutory Reporter — Paragraphs window opens.
