You can add a comment to any account listed in the Prepare Trial Balance (Workpapers)table. When a comment is added to an account, a comment icon is placed in the column next to the Status column for the relevant account.
To view the comment, place your cursor on the comment icon. The comment is displayed in a text box.
You cannot add multiple comments to the one account. Further comments can be added to an existing comment.
