Searching accounts

To search for an account

Open the Modify Prior Year Balances window. See Modify prior year balances.
Type an Account Code or Account Name in the Search field. As you type, the first account that contains the specified search criteria in its Account Code or Account Name is highlighted.

Including zero balances

To include zero balances, click the Include zero balances checkbox. This displays all accounts, including those with zero balances.
