Archiving company statements

Corporate Compliance and Corporate Admin will be retired on 15 April 2024.
You won't be able to use either software after 15 April 2024. Learn what this means for you

Use the Company Statements module to archive company statements from the list. You can optionally archive a selected company statement, or archive a group of company statements, based on the status and the review date.

Company Statements must have either the Invoice paid or Statement received back from client status to be archived.

Archived company statements can still be viewed from the Documents tab of the corporation.

How to archive a single company statement
  1. Click Company Statements on the Task Bar. All company statements received from ASIC are listed on the Company Statements tab.
  2. Click the required Company Statement in the list.
  3. Click Archive company statement on the Task Bar.
  4. Click Yes when you see the confirmation message.
How to archive multiple company statements
  1. Click Company Statements on the Task Bar. All company statements received from ASIC are listed on the Company Statements tab.
  2. Click the required Company Statement in the list.
  3. Click Archive multiple statements on the Task Bar. The Archive multiple statements screen opens.
  4. Select the appropriate status of the Company Statements that you want to archive from:
    • Invoice paid
    • Statement received back from client
    • Invoice paid or Statement received back from client
    • Migrated from CSS
  5. Enter the review date of the company statements to be archived. Only company statements with a review date on or before this date will be archived.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Click Yes when you see the confirmation message. A message will tell you how many Company Statements have been archived.
  8. Click OK.
