Changing the status of company statements

Corporate Compliance and Corporate Admin will be retired on 15 April 2024.
You won't be able to use either software after 15 April 2024. Learn what this means for you

Use the Company Statements > Change status screen to track the progress of each corporation’s annual review by applying statuses to each Company Statement, as explained below:

Statement sent to client

You have sent the company statement to the client for review and payment of the annual review fee.

Await confirmation of data in company statement and payment of annual review fee.

Changes to be notified

You have received advice from the client that the data in the company statement has been reviewed and needs to be corrected.

Enter changes in a form to advise ASIC of the changes, using a workflow wizard. Send to client for signing.

The form must be lodged with ASIC within 28 days of the company statement issue date.

Changes form lodged

You have received the signed form from the client and lodged the form with ASIC.

If payment of the annual review fee has not been received, remind the client that it must be paid within two months of the review date.

Invoice paid

You have received payment for the annual review fee.

Forward payment for the annual review fee (due within two months of the review date).

After applying a status to each company statement, prioritise (or sort) each document by clicking the Status column heading.

How to change the status of a company statement
  1. Click Company Statements on the Task Bar. All company statements received from ASIC are listed on the Company Statements tab.
  2. Click the required Company Statement in the list.
  3. Click View solvency resolution on the Task Bar.

  4. Click Change status on the Task Bar. The Change status screen opens.

  5. Select a status from the drop-down list.

  6. Enter a date for the status change and click OK.
