The Corporations Holding Company tab displays the history of the Ultimate Holding Companies for the selected corporation.
The Task Bar options available are:
Change holding company details — allows you to edit the start or ceased dates.
Delete holding company — removes the record from the database.
Change ultimate holding company — lets you add a new holding company, change the holding company or remove the holding company. It then helps you to notify ASIC of this change.
