Corporation address histories

Corporate Compliance and Corporate Admin will be retired on 15 April 2024.

From the Address History screen in the Corporations module, you can view the selected company’s name history. The data in this screen displays:

  • Address

  • Address type

  • Date Started

  • Date Ceased.

The history of addresses is updated each time a corporation’s address is changed in MYOB AE/AO and when ASIC is notified of the change of address (see Notifying ASIC of corporate changes of address).

Corporation name histories are also maintained in Corporate Compliance (see Corporation name histories).

To view corporation address histories
  1. Select and open the corporation. See Selecting a corporation. The corporation opens at the Details tab.
  2. Click the Address History tab. The Address history screen opens.
  3. To return to the Corporations selection list, click Close.
