Learn what this means for you
You can delete an agent, but only if they have not been appointed to act as an ASIC agent (see Appointing and ceasing agents).
How to delete an agent
- Select and open the agent. See Agents. The agent’s page opens at the Details tab
- Click the agent you want to delete.
- Then either click Delete agent on the Task Bar, or right-click the agent and select Delete agent from the menu.
You will see one of two messages:You cannot delete this agent, as it is a current agent for one or more corporations.
This agent is currently appointed to a corporation and cannot be deleted. The agent can only be deleted after their appointment has been ceased. Click OK. The Agent selection list reopens and the agent is retained.

- To delete the agent, click Yes. To retain the agent, click No.
