The Documents tab in the Corporations module displays all associated documents (for example, minutes of meetings, letters, applications for shares) that have been produced in the course of generating an ASIC form using a workflow wizard (see Workflow wizards).

For example, if the Appoint or cease officers wizard has been used to appoint an officer to a corporation, the following documents will display on the Documents screen:

Minutes of the directors’ meeting
Officer’s consent to act form.

ASIC forms that are generated by completing a wizard display on the corporation’s ASIC Forms screen (see Working with ASIC forms).

You can also export documents to a file when you select to view them.

How to view a corporation’s documents

Select and open the corporation. See Selecting a corporation. The corporation opens at the Details tab.
Click the Documents tab. The Documents screen opens.
From here you can:
- View and export documents to file.
- Edit documents (see Editing documents).
- Delete documents (see Deleting documents).
To return to the Corporations selection list, click Close.
