Members

Corporate Compliance and Corporate Admin will be retired on 15 April 2024.
You won't be able to use either software after 15 April 2024. Learn what this means for you

The Members screen lists all shareholders or members of the selected corporation.

If the selected corporation is permitted to issue shares (from the Capital screen — see Capital), you can:

View transaction details (see Viewing transaction details)
Change transaction details (see Changing transaction details)
Change joint holders (see Changing joint holdings)
Change beneficial owners (see Changing beneficial owners)
Delete share transactions (see Deleting share transactions).

If the selected corporation is not permitted to issue shares, you can:

Add members (see Adding members)
Delete members (see Deleting members).

(These corporations are limited by guarantee, as entered in the Change Details screen in the Corporations module, and they do not include a Capital screen.)

How to view a corporation’s shareholders/members

Select and open the corporation. See Selecting a corporation. The corporation opens at the Details tab.
Click the Members tab. The Members screen opens.
Group sort member data by dragging the Member, Code, Share Class or Date column heading to the Group bar
. The members will then be grouped by the selected column heading.
To return to the Corporations selection list, click Close.
