Requesting company data from ASIC

Corporate Compliance and Corporate Admin will be retired on 15 April 2024.
You won't be able to use either software after 15 April 2024. Learn what this means for you

The Request data from ASIC wizard is used to request a corporation’s data from ASIC.

You can request the current company data in company statement format. This PDF shows your current company details in the same format as the Company Statement. The report is received as an RC05, and is listed in Lodgement > ASIC Forms received and on the ASIC Forms tab of the corporation.

You can also re-request the last Annual Company Statement issued by ASIC. Only statements issued electronically by ASIC in the last 60 days can be re-requested. This is received as ASIC form 480 and is displayed in the Company Statements list.

Corporations data includes:

  • Corporation registration details

  • Registered address

  • Business address

  • Ultimate holding company
