The Share Issue screens are used for:

Viewing share issue details (see Shares & units held)
Adding share issues (see Adding share issues)
Changing issued share details (see Changing share issues)
Deleting issued shares (see Deleting shares issued)
Notifying the issue of shares (see Notifying ASIC of share issues)
Changing the amounts paid (see Changing amounts paid to shares).

These screens display share details in two tabs:

Issue details — This tab contains data relating to the share class and issue date, amount paid and consideration details.
Allotment details — This tab contains the shareholders’ details, which can also be viewed from the Members tab in the Corporations module and the Shares held tab in the People module.

If you want to allot shares to a member who is not listed, first add their details in MYOB AE/AO.

To access the share issue screens

Select and open the corporation. See Selecting a corporation. The corporation opens at the Details tab.
Click the Capital tab. The Capital screen opens.
Click one of the following tasks on the Task Bar:

View share issue details (see Shares & units held)
Add share issues (see Adding share issues)
Change share issues (see Changing share issues)
Delete share issues (see Deleting shares issued)
Notifying the issue of shares (see Notifying ASIC of share issues)
Changing the amounts paid (see Changing amounts paid to shares).
