The Summary Report is used for tracking the annual review dates for the corporations in your practice. The following information is displayed for each corporation:

To display the Summary Report
  1. Select ReportsCorporations > Summary Report from the main menu. The Corporation summary report selection screen opens.
  2. Select one of the following search options:
    • All: Displays all corporations in the system.

    • Company name, company code, ACN: Displays selected companies. Enter the details exactly as they appear in the system, or enter the initial characters followed by a wildcard (*). For example, enter A* to view all companies starting with A.

    • Review date: Displays all companies with review dates within the date range entered.

  3. Select an option to sort the companies (by corporation name, code, ACN, review date).
  4. Click OK. The report displays on the Print preview screen (see Previewing forms and documents).
To print preview the Summary Report
  1. Select ReportsCorporations > Summary Report from the main menu. The Corporation summary report selection screen opens.
  2. Select one of the following search options:
    • All: Displays all corporations in the system.

    • Company name, company code, ACN: Displays select companies. Enter the details exactly as they appear in the system, or enter the initial characters followed by a wildcard (*). For example, enter A* to view all companies starting with A.

    • Review date: Displays all companies with review dates within the date range entered.

  3. Select a sort by option to sort the companies (by corporation name, code, ACN, review date).
  4. Click OK. The report displays on the Print preview screen.
