People
You won't be able to use either software after 15 April 2024. Learn what this means for you
The People module is used for maintaining and viewing the following information:
Details of addresses, occupation, birth details (see Viewing people details), and notifying changes of name or address (see Notifying ASIC of changes to names or addresses).
Positions held (see Positions held), as appointed using the Appoint and cease officers wizard (see Appointing company officers), and cessation of positions (see Ceasing all positions held).
Shares held (see Shares held).
Name history (see Name history).
Address history (see Address history).
When you click People on the Task Bar, it expands to display the following options for setting up and maintaining people:
Notify change of name or address (see Notifying ASIC of changes to names or addresses).
Cease all positions (see Ceasing all positions held).
Open person details (see Viewing people details).
(You can also open a person’s details by double-clicking a person’s entry in the People selection list, or by clicking the entry and pressing [Enter].)Delete a person (see Deleting people).
The People selection list appears on the main display panel. See Display panel.
The People screen lists all people that have been added from MYOB AE/AO (see Adding people). To include all people from AE/AO in the list, select
