Select the required document record(s) from the search results on the Analyse Documents page, Find Documents page or the Documents tab. Ensure that the checkbox for the selected document(s) is ticked.
Select Delete Documents on the Tasks bar. The Delete Documents window opens, displaying two sections:
Documents that can be deleted.
Documents that cannot be deleted and the reasons why they cannot be deleted.
Click OK. The documents that can be deleted are removed and the system returns to the Analyse Documents page, Find Documents page or the Documents tab.
