Selecting documents to publish to your portal

There are a number of ways that you can select documents to publish to your portal from your desktop MYOB AE/AO:

Selecting documents from the Clients > Documents tab for publishing
  1. Go to your Client > Documents tab.

  2. Select one or more documents to publish to your client portal.

    1. Make sure that there is a tick in the first column of the entry row for each selected document.

    2. Click on the checkbox in the first column of the title row to select all the document entries listed on the Documents tab for the client.

  3. Click Publish to Portal on the Tasks bar.
    The Publish to Portal option is located in the Multi Document section of the Tasks bar.
    The Publish to Client Portal Name portal page in MYOB AE/AO Live opens where Client Portal Name is the name of the client portal that you are publishing documents to. The client name is listed directly below the page heading. The documents you selected to publish from your desktop product are listed within a table.

  1. See the Share It feature for details.

  2. Click Yes to on the message to publish documents to the portal.
