Administration item view
The Administration Item View displays the items for the category that has been selected in the Administration left-hand panel.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Name | The name (or title) of the item. This is maintained in Document properties. |
Description | The description of the item. This is maintained in Document properties. |
Stationery | If the item has been configured as a Stationery documents, this is shown with Yes in the Stationery column of the Administration Item View. |
Date | The date the item was added or last updated. |
Status | The Status of the item which can be Published, Draft or Deleted. Only published items will be available for use in MYOB Intranet. |
