The Administration Item View displays the items for the category that has been selected in the Administration left-hand panel.

 

Field

Description

Name

The name (or title) of the item. This is maintained in Document properties.

Description

The description of the item. This is maintained in Document properties.

Stationery

If the item has been configured as a Stationery documents, this is shown with Yes in the Stationery column of the Administration Item View.

Date

The date the item was added or last updated.

Status

The Status of the item which can be Published, Draft or Deleted.

Only published items will be available for use in MYOB Intranet.
