How to delete a category

You will not be allowed to delete a category that contains items or sub-categories. The items or sub-categories in a category must be deleted or moved before the category itself can be deleted.

Access the MYOB Intranet Administration window. See Administration and maintenance.
Right-click the category and select Delete Category. A MYOB Intranet message displays requesting confirmation to delete the selected category.
Click Yes to delete the category or No to cancel the deletion.
