The Export function exports ALL the items in MYOB Intranet.

To export an item
  1. Access the MYOB Intranet Administration window. See Administration and maintenance.
  2. Click File > Export. The Export Documents window opens.
  3. Enter the drive and folder for the Location.
    OR
    Click the ellipse button to browse for it.

    The Location is the top level folder on the server or your local disk below which the MYOB Intranet items will be exported. The folders and sub-folders are automatically created for each category in the MYOB Intranet structure under the location you specify.

  4. Click OK. When the export is completed, a message displays.
