If documents are imported without Indexing selected, these new items will have to be indexed for the full text search to include the contents of the documents. This is performed with the Reindex all documents function.

Reindexing operates over the entire database. Depending on the amount of content you have in MYOB Intranet, you may find that the Reindex All Documents takes a long time to run. You may therefore decide to leave the indexing until a convenient time or leave it to run overnight.
