If any items have not been assigned to a category, they will not display to team members in MYOB Intranet. The items can be accessed from the No Category Assigned view at the bottom of the panel on the left-hand side of the MYOB Intranet Administration window.

To assign an item to a category
  1. Access the MYOB Intranet Administration window. See Administration and maintenance.
  2. Right-click the item and select Properties. The Document Properties window opens.
  3. Click the Categories tab.
  4. Click the checkboxes of one or more categories. These are the categories under which the item will be displayed.
  5. Click OK. The Document Properties window closes and the item is assigned to the selected categories.
