Select Tools > Reindex All Documents on the main menu. A message displays to inform you that, depending on the number of items being reindexed, the process may take a long time to complete.
Click Proceed to continue. When the reindexing has finished, a message displays “Full Text Catalogue has been rebuilt”.
Depending on the number of items in MYOB Intranet, the reindexing process may take hours to complete. You will not be able to perform any other functions in the MYOB Intranet Administration window until the indexing is completed. You may decide to leave the indexing until a convenient time or leave it to run overnight.
