The Team List is used to:

Display team members

To display a list of all the people that have been configured for MYOB Intranet:

  1. Click the Team button. The Team List appears.

The names, phone and mobile numbers, email and reporting structure of the team members are displayed.

Find a team member
  1. Enter all or part of the person’s name in the Search Word field.

  2. Click Search. The name of the team member is displayed.

Email a team member
  1. Double-click the team member’s name on the Team List. This opens your email application with the team member’s email address automatically added as the recipient.

    The team members’ addresses are entered manually by the MYOB Intranet administrator.
