Previewing PDFs

Once documents are saved as PDF files, you can use your PDF viewer (for example, Adobe Reader) to view the document at any size supported by your viewer.

To preview a document as a PDF
  1. Click File > Preview PDF. The PDF opens in your PDF viewer (for example, Adobe Reader).
  2. Use your viewer’s controls to enlarge/reduce the viewed image size.
