Saving as PDF

You can save all or selected documents as PDF files.

 

To save selected pages as a PDF
  1. Click File > Save. The Save As window opens.
  2. Select a location under Save in.
  3. Enter a File name.
  4. Click Save. The Save PDF window opens with the specified File name and location. To change this, enter a different name and location, or click Browse to navigate to another location.
  5. Click OK.
