Scanning paper documents

PDF Manager can scan paper documents before processing them as PDFs. It can handle scanners from small, single-sheet units to large, auto-feed machines that can run overnight when necessary.

Each user can set up their own Watchfolder (using Tools > Options > Watchfolder) and set PDF Manager to monitor it at required intervals. See Watchfolder settings for more information. Newly scanned documents are then imported automatically into PDF Manager and processed.
