Viewing, moving, and deleting PDF pages

Use the PDF Preview Bar to delete individual pages or all documents, move pages within the document and preview individual pages.

Viewing PDF pages

You can review the contents of any PDF document using the PDF Preview Bar to open the page in your external viewer (for example, Adobe Reader). Just double-click the page you want to preview.

Moving PDF pages

Moving pages from the PDF Preview Bar updates the Source Documents tab.

Individual PDF pages can be moved to different positions in a document using the PDF Preview Bar to open the page in your external viewer (for example, Adobe Reader).

To move pages within a PDF

Select the page in the PDF Preview Bar that you want to move.
Click Move Up or Move Down at the top of the PDF Preview Bar.

Deleting PDF pages

Use the PDF Preview Bar to select and delete all pages.

To delete all pages from the PDF Preview Bar

Select Edit > Delete all documents.
Click Yes at the prompt to confirm the delete action. All documents/pages are deleted.
