Adjustments to print

Practice Manager only

The Adjustment to Print window is used to identify adjustments that are yet to be printed.

Select the Mark as Printed checkbox when you have finished to indicate that the adjustment has been printed or emailed and can be removed from the display.

You can sort and group the adjustments listed in this window.

A document style must be set up for this task.

To print adjustments
  1. Select Debtors > Adjustment to Print on the toolbar. The Adjustment to Print window opens.

  2. Select one or more Date/Client Name combinations. Click the checkbox in the column heading to select all listed adjustments.

  3. Click the Print Document checkbox.

  4. Click OK to send the adjustment for the selected client to your default printer. When the receipts have been sent to the printer, the Adjustments to Print window closes.

To mark an adjustment as printed
  1. Ensure that the adjustments have been printed or emailed successfully.

  2. Select Debtors > Adjustment to Print on the toolbar. The Adjustment to Print window opens.

  3. Select the adjustments that have been successfully printed or emailed.

  4. Click the Mark as Printed checkbox. This indicates that the adjustment has been successfully printed or emailed and can be removed from the table. This will ensure that the same adjustment is not reprinted.

  5. Click OK. The Adjustment to Print window closes.
