Client reporting area

The Client reporting area delivers reports that detail all client information. The information includes basic name, address and phone details. It can also include details pertaining to which partners and employees are responsible for the client. Other extra information can also be reported from this area.

The reports from this area are generally used for marketing purposes, being the basis for mailing lists. They can also be used to ensure that client details are entered correctly. This area does not include financial data.

Client and contact addresses	The Client and Contact Addresses reporting area is used to produce reports that include all address information for clients and contacts.The reports from this area can be used to produce mailing lists.
Client contact details	The Client Contact Details reporting area is used to produce reports containing all information for a client, including their personal details, all addresses, primary phone numbers and the people in the practice who are responsible for the client.The reports from this area can be used to verify the contact details for clients, as well as collect data on who within the practice is performing work for the client.
Client details	The Client Details reporting area is used to produce reports containing information on clients, including contacts that have become clients, within a selected period. Information includes personal details, primary addresses, primary phone numbers and the people in the practice who are responsible for the client.The reports from this area can be used to verify client information, they also contain the most field options relating to client data.
Client list	The Client List reporting area is used to produce reports that contain client information, including the client's department and banking details.The reports from this area provide information on all of the practice's clients.
Client partner check	The Client Partner Check reporting area is used to produce exception reports that list clients with a missing or duplicated partner.
