Copying and pasting Job Sheet data

Practice Manager only

This function enables you to copy and paste individual cells in the Assigned To and Target Date columns on the Job Sheet.

To copy and paste Job Sheet data
  1. From the Job Manager — Job Sheet, right-click in the Assigned To  or Target Date  columns on the Job Sheet.
  2. Select either Copy from the menu to copy the data to the clipboard, or Paste  from the menu to paste the changes .

The following data is validated after it has been pasted in the Job Sheet:

  • Assigned To field — if the name entered does not match an employee in the system, the Find Employees window opens.
  • Target Date field — if a non-valid date is entered an error message is displayed.
