The Maintenance > Maintenance Map > Job Type menu has a number of sub-menus which are used to set up and refine jobs for your practice. These are:

Job Type Templates

A job type template comprises jobs that are used repeatedly for clients because the practice performs the same type of work for a number of clients.

Your system administrator usually creates Job Type Templates.

Maintenance > Maintenance Map > Job types > Job Type Templates is used when setting up and deleting job type templates for your practice.

Milestones

When you add a new job, the job is automatically displayed in the Job Manager — Job Sheet and you will be able to maintain the milestones using the Job Manager — Job Sheet.
