Holiday anniversary updates

Payroll will prompt you to complete a Holiday Anniversary update when:

  • any of your employees reach their "anniversary" date, or
  • your Current pay ended on date is changed to an employee's anniversary (or later) the following example.

Current Pay End Date

 

When this occurs, Payroll will prompt you with the following message:

Holiday Update Prompt

You must carry out your holiday anniversary updates when prompted to do so, and before the next pay is entered.

To complete the Holiday Anniversary Update
  1. Click YES to the Holiday Anniversary Updates window as shown above. The Print Current Holiday Accruals window is displayed.

  2. Select the required options. Selecting New layout will include sick leave in the printed report.
  3. Click Next.
  4. Click Print.
  5. At the following prompt, click Yes.

  6. At the Print Holiday Update Calculation Audits window, click Next.

  7. Click Print.
  8. At the following prompt, click Yes.

  9. At the Holiday Updates - Done window, click OK.

The Holiday Anniversary Update has now been successfully completed.
