If you have a current support subscription you can download an installer for your MYOB software from the my.MYOB website (AU | NZ).

OK, let's step you through it.


1. Access my.MYOB

When you register your MYOB software or download a trial from us, you'll specify an email address and password. You'll need these details to log in to my.MYOB.

  1. Go to (AU) or (NZ).
  2. Log in using the email address and password you registered with us. If you're not sure of your password, click Forgot your password? and follow the prompts to reset your password.

2. Download your software
  1. Once you're logged in to my.MYOB, go to the My Products menu and choose Downloads.

    'Downloads' option not available? You might not have a current support subscription. To check the support status for your product, go to the My Products menu and choose My Products.

  2. Select your MYOB product and all available downloads will be listed. Here's an example:
  3. Click the name of the file you want to download and choose where you want to save it. Take note of where you've saved it as you'll need to find it for the next task.

3. Install your software

Right-click the downloaded installation file and choose Run as administrator. Then just follow the on-screen prompts to install your software.
