The back-page information includes:

  • Agent Contact details.

  • Public Officer details

  • Hours taken to complete the return.

This information will be pre-filled into a newly created return from the:

  • Details provided when creating the return and completing the Return Properties (refer to Staff), and

  • Details in the Control Record for the Practice (refer to Names/Audit ), or

  • Agent's record attached to the return (refer to Agents maintenance).

For a return that is rolled forward from the previous year's tax ledger the information will be derived from that return. Where Names and Addresses have been changed since the return was lodged, those details will default from the Names and Addresses database.
