Each user of Tax may have a different Print Setup. The Print Setup allows each user to choose the Page Setup for different components of the print job.

In Accountants Office, initially every user will have the same preferences as are standard for the practice.

How to manage the Return Print Setup for each employee of your practice
  1. Select Maintenance > User Preferences > Print Options > Return Print Setup. The Page Setups to be used for each document type are shown.

  2. Select the required document type and then click [F10] to list the Select Page Setups currently available to you.

  3. Scroll to the required Page Setup and click [Enter].

MYOB PDF Manager

The MYOB PDF Manager creates PDF files instead regular reports. On the MYOB PDF Manager tab enter the Page Setups as preferred by this user.

When printing a document using MYOB PDF Manager, select the PDF Manager as your printer at the Preview/Print screen.

Copy Practice Default

This restores the Print options for this user from the standard settings for the Practice. The user may then edit the defaults to their own choosing.

Clear

Click Clear or [Alt+L] to remove all the Page Setup selections.
