The pole display is not working | - Make sure that the pole display is connected properly to the serial port on your computer.
- Check that you have selected the Use Pole Display option in the Pole Display window.
- Check that you have selected the correct brand of pole display in the Pole Display window.
| The pole display is displaying incorrect characters | - Check that the port settings you entered in the Settings window are correct (click Settings in the Pole Display window).
- Check your pole display documentation or speak to the supplier for the correct settings.
| The display does not clear properly, or displays text out of line | Check that the control codes you have entered in the Clear Display and Reset Cursor fields are correct. Refer to your pole display documentation or speak to your supplier to find out the correct values. Make sure you have converted these values correctly to the format used in RetailManager. |
